The loan officer, Sarah, was very nice to talk with and was very helpful. The
rates need to be a little lower as I have a pre-payment penalty. She is going to watch rates and keep in touch. She is e-mailing her contact information and web site.
I possibly might apply if rates come down and I would absolutely recommend her to others.
