The loan officer, Will Roberts, was friendly, helpful and gave me ideas on refinancing the Virginia home with the equity from my Michigan home. He is being creative which I appreciate.
He needs more information from me and I will e-mail my address and with that additional information.
It really depend on the numbers whether I will apply with Will. I don’t know him that well yet to make a recommendation.

The call went okay with the loan officer, Will. He stated that the rates will not be going down any futher than what they are now. The rate he quoted was good but did not give me closing costs. I will be in touch at a later date.
