The call with the loan officer, Jay, went as expected and went well. Rates aren’t the best but they are competitive. Asked Jay to send me an e-mail with the rates and closing costs he quoted.

I have received a better rate by someone else. I may apply if Jay can get better rates and costs. He said he would go back into the market to see if he can do better.
