The loan officer, Frank, was a very nice guy, honest and I love that. It’s the best policy. The call went great and Frank said he will come out talk to me after he sees how rates are going. I’m sick and don’t go out.
He is going to work on it and see if he can’t lower my payment.
If rates are there, I will absolutely apply with him and would absolutely recommend him to others.

I’m very lenient about giving social security numbers over the phone and to someone I don’t know. However, I did give him all our other information. My husband didn’t even know about this and I need to discuss with him.
I will be getting back with Frank and I think we maybe can do business.
I would absolutely recommend Frank to others.

Depending upon information I get about his company, I might apply with Frank. Did not speak with Frank long enough to make recommendation.
