He was so impressed with Bill Carrol that even if another loan officer had a lower rate he would call Bill to see if he could beat it.

Unfortunately I can’t remember the loan officer’s name. However, he did get back to me. The payment would increase $100.00 more than what I am currently paying. Was looking at going from current 30 yr. fixed @ 6.50% to 20 yr. fixed @ 5.75%. Loan officer said credit and everything looked good and would watch rates for me. Very cordial and product knowledge was excellent. Overall rating very good due to rates aren’t low enough and payment would increase. Still very interested if rates drop.

The loan officer Mark was excellect, very knowledgable and I was very pleased. Currently in Iraq and when I returned home around December 20th and locate a property to purchase we will talk some more. He gave rates as of today of 6.25% FHA and has had the best rates so far.
He will be sending contact information and paperwork via e-mail. He has already pulled my credit report and said everything looks good for a 97% FHA
loan.
I am very likely to apply with this loan officer and absolutely would recommend him to others.
