The call with the loan officer, John, went fine. He already gave me a rate and payment. I didn’t do my homework and the rate I currently have is quit low and the loan amount is small. It won’t really benefit me to refinance.

I would absolutely recommend him to others. As a matter of fact, my daughter is looking to refinance and I’ve asked her to give him a call.
