I gave him all of my information and he will be getting back to me with rates and programs. I just started to get rates/program information and need to compare companies to determine who I will be applying with. I, unfortunately, still have a bankruptcy on my credit until May. We will start looking for a home in January or February so we can close after May and the bankruptcy should be off. We will be in touch then. I absolutely would recommend Chris to others.
