The call with the loan officer, Melissa, went fine. She will be sending a good faith estimate via e-mail. After reviewing this statement, I will be going to her office and meet with her and find out additional information.
I just had a brief conversation with Melissa so I don’t know whether I would apply and cannot determine a recommendation yet. It depends on the rates and programs she has to offer.
