The call with the loan officer, Jonathan, we well. We had a very nice discussion and wasn’t a pressure person. I gave him all kinds of information and said his boss was going to call me back. He will be sending me additional information via e-mail and pre-approval letter.
Depending on the closing costs and rates I may apply with Jonathan. I would absolutely recommend him to others.
