Loan Officer Bill was very professional and took his loan seriously. Bill had lots of good information and great customer service skills. N. Cox did do an application and Bill is sending him a good faith estimate. N. Cox will refer Bill to friends and family.

She has my e-mail and phone number and will be sending me information on rates and programs. I’ve given her additional financial information. She has given me some advise as to what to look for and pre-qualifying me. And will be giving the pre-qualification letter to the realtor when I go looking for a home. I am relocating from Arkansas to Arizona.
There is a very good chance that I will apply for a loan with Carla and I would absolutely would recommend her to others.
