Osterman from Bakersfield, CA says: The call with the loan officer, Troy, didn't go very well only because he couldn't help. He advised me to go back to my current lender for a loan modification. The property value has dropped significantly. He said that if I had any questions, to feel free to give him a call. He was very nice and I would recommend him to others.
