S. Farrow from Mesa, AZ says:
The call with the loan officer, Luis, went very well and he was good at repeating information. I need to let my son know what I’m doing. He is going to be the main person on the loan.
I want to get a FHA, fixed loan and he had competitive rates. Luis will be calling back with realtor information sometime after 3:00 today. I will be able to give him additional information about my son then. We are willing to look at foreclosed homes.
We probably would apply with Luis if everything works out and I would absolutely recommend him to others.
